Pricing
One plan, $29 a year.
For the whole family — every kid, every calendar, and every person you send a link to. There is no second tier to read about, because there is nothing we were willing to take out of the first one.
About $2.41 a month, for as many kids and calendars as you have.
30 days free · no card up front
What that covers
- Every calendarTwo teams, a school portal, and dance on Thursdays. Add as many as you have — nobody is counting them.
- Every kidThe second kid on a different schedule is the reason this exists. Charging extra for it would be backwards.
- Everyone you inviteBoth parents, all four grandparents, the neighbour who drives on Tuesdays. Their links are free and always will be.
- Rides and who is comingWho is going, who is driving, who is picking up — claimed on the event instead of buried in a group text.
- Changes, before they cost you a tripThe schedule re-checks itself daily. When a game moves rinks, the people going hear about it.
- Your family's data, kept quietShare links are unlisted and unindexed. No ads, and nothing about your kids is sold to anyone.
One parent pays for the family. Everyone else opens a link — no app, no account, no password, no card, no upsell waiting for them at the bottom of it. What they see.
Questions about the money
Does everyone in the family have to pay?
No. One parent pays, once, for the family. Everybody else opens a link you send them — the other parent, the grandparents, the coach's wife who drives carpool. They never make an account, never enter a password, and are never asked for money.
More on thisWhat happens after the 30 days?
We ask you for $29 a year, and you decide then. Nothing is charged automatically, because we never took a card to charge. If you say no, your calendars stop syncing and the links go quiet — we do not hold your season hostage or start emailing you twice a week about it.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign up with an email address, paste a calendar link, and you are running. The card question comes up once, at the end, when you already know whether this is worth it.
Where does my card information go?
To Stripe, who handle the payment. The card number never touches ThereFor — you type it on Stripe's own page, not ours, and what we keep is whether you are subscribed and when it renews. Updating the card or cancelling happens in Stripe's billing portal, which you reach from Settings.
Why one price instead of a free plan and a paid one?
Because the free version of this would have to be crippled somewhere, and the only honest places to cripple it are the number of kids or the number of people you can invite. Both of those are the product. One price for all of it is simpler to explain and simpler to trust.
What if the season ends and I do not need it until spring?
Cancel and come back. Your family, your people, and your invite links are still there when you return — you paste the new season's calendar link and pick up where you left off.
Not sure yet?
Setup is one calendar link and about five minutes. You will know inside a week whether it is worth $29 a year, and you will still have 23 days left to decide.
